This guide walks you through the workflows you will use on the Henapp Educare platform. Each section explains a task with clear, step-by-step instructions. Use the screenshot space beside each section to paste your own captures (Windows + Shift + S), or ask your IT lead to add them.
1. First-time login
Your school administrator gives you a login URL plus your email/username and a temporary password. The login URL is your school portal address with /login at the end.
Step by step
- Open the login URL in your browser — Chrome, Edge, or any modern browser.
- Type your email address (or your school-assigned username) in the first box.
- Type your password in the second box. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Tick “Remember me” only on a device you alone use. Leave it unticked on shared or family devices.
- Click “Sign In”.
First thing to do: change your password
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose “Profile” (or “My Profile”) from the dropdown menu.
- Find the “Change Password” section.
- Type your current temporary password, then your new password twice.
- Click “Update Password”.
If you forget your password
- Click “Forgot password?” on the login page. If your school has set up email, a reset link is sent to you.
- Or ask your school administrator to reset it — they can set a temporary password for you from the admin panel.
Never share your password. Students see real student and school data — treat your login like a bank login. Always sign out on a shared computer.
2. Your student dashboard
After login your dashboard is your whole school day on one screen.
- Today’s timetable — the periods and subjects you have today.
- Homework due — anything not yet submitted.
- Recent grades — your latest scores.
- Attendance — your percentage so far this term.
- Announcements from the school.
3. Your timetable
- Sidebar → My Timetable.
- See your whole week — subjects and teachers.
- Print or save it as a PDF with the print button.
4. Your grades and report cards
Current scores
- Sidebar → My Grades.
- Pick a term to view.
- Each subject shows your scores per component and the calculated grade.
End-of-term report card
When the school publishes your report card, a banner appears on your dashboard. Click “View Report Card” to open the PDF — it shows your subject scores, overall grade, class position, teacher comments, and attendance summary.
5. Homework
- Sidebar → My Homework. The tabs are Pending, Submitted, and Graded.
- Open a homework item to read the instructions.
- Type your answer in the response box, or upload a file (PDF, photo of handwritten work).
- Click “Submit”. Once submitted you cannot edit it unless your teacher reopens it.
- When it is graded, open the Graded tab to see your score and feedback.
6. Online exams
- Sidebar → Online Exams.
- Open the exam when your teacher releases it.
- Watch the timer — answer every question before time runs out.
- Submit when finished. Some exams show your score straight away; others release it later.
7. E-learning and resources
- E-Learning (LMS) — Sidebar → E-Learning. Take video lessons, quizzes, and assignments at your own pace.
- Library — search the catalogue and read open-access digital books.
- Pasco — browse past exam questions to revise.
- Video Meetings — join a scheduled online class.
8. Library
- Sidebar → Library → Catalogue.
- Search by title, author, or subject, or browse by category.
- To borrow a physical book, see the librarian — they record it on your account.
- Your borrowed books and their due dates appear under Library → My Books.
9. Houses, SRC and school life
- Houses — see your house, its members, and house news.
- SRC / Prefectorial — see council positions and vote in elections when voting opens.
- Tasks / To-Do — your personal task board for things to get done.
10. Announcements and messaging
- School-wide announcements appear on your dashboard.
- Sidebar → Announcements lists them all.
- Use the in-app messaging to reach a teacher who teaches you — be polite and clear.
11. Your profile
- Top-right corner → your name → Profile.
- Edit the fields you are allowed to change (photo, phone, emergency contact).
- Change your password from the same page, then click “Save Changes”.

13. Common issues
I do not see my grades for one subject
Your subject teacher may not have entered scores yet. Ask the teacher, or wait until the published date.
I uploaded the wrong file for homework
Ask your teacher to reopen the submission so you can replace the file. Once it is graded you cannot change it.
I forgot my password
Click “Forgot password?” on the login page, or ask the school office to reset it for you.
Email support@henapp.org or visit www.henapp.org. For day-to-day questions, your school administrator is your first point of contact.
14. Switching languages (English / French)
The platform supports more than one language. Your school chooses which languages are enabled — usually English and French.
- Look at the header bar at the top of the screen for a small language toggle (e.g. “EN” / “FR”).
- Click the language code you want. The page reloads in that language.
- Your choice is remembered for the rest of your session.
